Once tickets have been booked and issued they cannot be exchanged and no money will be refunded.
Transport arrangements: Please note that we are not responsible for your transport to and from the boats/piers/venues.
Once the vessel has departed it is unable to return to pick up late-comers. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.
Dress Code: Smart casual - Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropraite attire. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances.

Child Policy
Children aged 15 years and under are not permitted onboard due to company health and safety policy.
